Teaching London: the LDBS SCITT
SCITT, or School-Centred Initial Teacher Training, enables graduates to get to work in a school and work towards qualified teacher status with a PGCE, with an assessment only route for unqualified/overases trained teachers.
Teaching London SCITT and the LDBS partnership have been training Outstanding teachers for over 20 years. We are immensely proud of our Outstanding Ofsted status. This is what they said:

support at the centre and on placements. Communication across the partnership is highly effective. One trainee said, reflecting the views of many: ‘Everyone here is working towards the same goal – me becoming a teacher. Having that behind you is a powerful driver.”
98% of our teacher training graduates gain employment, the majority in one of the schools they trained in, making a smooth and successful transition from trainee to ECT.
