Easter service at St Mary’s, Twickenham

St Mary's, Twickenham held their Easter Service at St. Mary's Church on Tuesday 1 April.

The service was led by Year 5 and contained a mix of dramatic re-enacting of the Easter story, poems, dancing, prayers and singing. The church was filled with harmonies by the choir and was accompanied by the cello played by a year 5 pupil. Our chaplain Donna asked us to reflect whether we would follow the crowd, like those who turned against Jesus or whether we want to stand up against injustice and make a difference to our world. Year 5 chose to support our linked charity 'Connected Planet Foundation' for our collection.
