An outstanding teacher with excellent subject knowledge, including the teaching of phonics;

A proven track record of achieving high standards;
Experience of tracking progress and of assessment;
Very high expectations of our children;
Excellent behaviour management skills;
Outstanding organisational skills;
Sympathy with and support of our Christian ethos.
