Senior Science Technician

Support Scale 6 (£29,956 - £30,855 actual per annum)

Permanent / Part-time

Start Date: September 2025

Are you an experienced science technician ready to take the lead?

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and maintain science equipment for lessons

  • Ensure health & safety standards are met

  • Manage stock and order supplies

  • Support and guide other technicians

  • Support the work and profile of the Faculty

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience working in a science setting - ideally as a science technician in a school

  • Strong practical science and health & safety knowledge

  • Organised, proactive, and a great team player

  • Relevant science qualifications (GCSEs in English, Maths & Science with higher qualification in science preferred)

The closing date for applications is Monday 23rd June 2025 with interviews taking place within the following two weeks.
